Tea / Coffee / Specialty Premixes are perishable food products and has to be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. The product will degrade if it not stored as per given instructions. It is beyond our control, how the buyer will handle the products after receiving them, hence we are unable to entertain Return / Exchange / Refund requests. Returns / Exchanges / Refunds are not accepted for our Tea / Coffee / Specialty Premixes.
